Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@myer-systems.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
